This past weekend, BFI attended International Blockchain Congress, Hyderabad which was conducted by Enbloc Media. The conference covered a number of varied issues in the field of innovation, businesses, technologies, start-ups and regulations. The event also spread awareness about the blockchain technology and its implementation in various fields. More than 1500 Entrepreneurs, Industrialists, Govt. Officials and Blockchain Enthusiasts took part in the conference.

The conference was attended by Manav Singhal – Executive Chairman (BFI), Somorin Roy – Director Strategy (BFI) and Shivam Mehan – Director (BFI). Being a part of a motive to make India aware about the world acclaimed Blockchain Technology, the conference turned out to be a great platform.

The BFI team had the opportunity to meet dozens of investors and start-ups, world renowned Blockchain enthusiasts, some of the legal giants and notable entrepreneurs who all fled from different part of the world to pitch the energy and ideas on blockchain and its advantages.

Among all, the BFI team had the opportunity to meet Zakir Merchant from Khaitan and Partner who put forward his legal viewpoint on how BFI can synergize with law in India and the world.

NEO Foundation’s Marketing and Communication Director, Caterina Zhang on meeting the team, discussed how BFI as an organisation can help grow NEO communications in India.

The BFI team also met Crypto Bazar Fund’s co-founder, Andrea with whom the team discussed how BFI can help in spreading awareness about how Blockchain can secure transactions and globalise it.

The event was a great success for everyone and proved to be a platform which pulled Blockchain fanatics from every sphere of the globe. It was awe-inspiring to see the enthusiasm among the participants and visitors marking the acceptance and importance of Blockchain in India and the world.

BFI, being a non-profit organisation, has the moto to inspire people to adapt and understand blockchain and help them grow.
